It's not just LSU fans, every major sports program is like this. There are people that want coaches like Tressel and Stoops fired. Texas fans wanted Mack Brown fired before 05. There are people who think Carrol is done. That's just college, it's far worse in the pros.
High expectations make sports unfun. When you do win, it doesn't feel as good. When you lose, people go crazy and overreact. It has not been fun being a Cowboys fan the last 10 years. I don't even want to know what it's like being a Yankees fan.

Because when you are a pessimist there are only two possible outcomes. Either you are proven right....or you are pleasantly surprised!
