I'm not sure I get the "If Les fixes this" or "If Les learns how to do this". He's 56 years old! He started coaching in 1980! Isn't he as good as he's going to get?
I don't understand why we have to endure a catastrophe like Ole Miss for our coach to "learn" to manage the clock better anyway.

If Les hadn't fixed the clock management or the Arkansas game, he would be looking for a job right now. He had no choice but to fix the problem.
