Saban to blame for Miles' success

Les Miles reminds me of a little rich kid who gets handed down daddys company...im pretty sure sarah palin could have coached LSU to a national championship in 07 with all of the amazing talents that Saban brought over to LSU in his tenure here. When are people going to realize that MILES IS NOT WORTH 2 SHITS. 7-8 in the SEC in the past 2 years?? now that the program has totally shifted into Mile's responsiblilty... its become evident he just cannot hack it. This level of mediocracy is shown best when he is coaching...no matter what happens the man NEVER gets mad, even after single handedly blowing a must win, sec, rivalery game, "well we just didnt have enough time." embarrassing. never have i ever been so embarrassed to be an LSU fan. Miles, the head coach, HAS NO CONTROL OVER HIS OWN FV*king football team. When Saban was here you didnt see that man on TV commercials, and that man built this program from rubble (3-9 in 1999), Miles just filled the void and thinks he should recieve all the publicity. WE NEED a coach who is some what intellegent, has control over his team AND COACHEs(gary crowton has never had a "good thought" why the shite would you believe him in that situation and not go with the sure thing?), who will set up the peices just right only so the players must execute(best talents in the country no question)to their abaility in order to win.
THIS IS WHY WE MUST HIRE JACK DEL RIO (contract is up at the end of this year)

I let Hubert Cumberdale mow my yard once.
ONCE.
ONCE.

I'm glad this loss kind of occured. It's helping lsu fans be more objective about les.
Like the '07 national championship. We were so lucky it was unbelievable. Of course our team needed coaching..but we needed two teams to lose, as well as took unnecessary risks.
I think this is going to help fans take of the p&g glasses and come to terms with things we didn't want to for quite a while.

I agree with your assessment of Miles.
Whether or not JDR is the guy to replace him, I have no idea, but there are a lot of coaches out there who would love to have the opportunity that Les Miles had -- and blew.
Of course, Miles won the lottery when he got the contract he has now; but Miles is not a builder or a maintainer. Had Miles taken the LSU job in 1999, he would have been fired by 2002 or 2003.

I've seen more less than 25 post profiles posting the past three days than any time before.

JDR should coach LSU. If anything, his daughter should convince him. She has one more year left at LSU so shouldnt daddy make that one year a winning year.

yeah saban is in a movie about an under privilaged kid that he was recruiting? not exactly setting up screens and bundles like miles...and saban was not in any commercials as he led LSU to a national championship in 2003

If miles gets increases in salary when he does good things, the opposite should happen when he is solely to blame for the loss of the game...that is actually doing the opposite of your job...as a coach you cannot physically compete, so you have to make sure everyone is in the right place and the right time so they can make it happen.
-Ruben Randel is good? thats shocking, good thing he has gotten ample playing time this year (nott)
-Russel Sheppard- why has this guy yet to throw a pass when dexter mclesster can throw td's vs lsu. also, this lack of airborne attack leads defenses to stack 11 in the box once sheppard enters the game...WHY THE shite HAS THIS GUY NOT THROWN A PASS...he was an all american high school quarterback, i just dont get it...WILL SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS!?!?
the way miles runs his team... i could honestly win atleast two more games a year if i were in his position...all he has to do is 1) use the enormous football budget to hire good assistants 2)show up at practice and walk around 3) read cheesy arse speaches off the internet and recite them to players before games/ at half time 4) basically run the team as if playing NCAA 2010, onside kick in the first half when were ahead giving them excellent field position and points which ended up determining the outcome of the game 5) run up and down the sideline with my head so far up my arse i cant even comprehend basic situations that are as elementary as 1+1
are you really going to continue to pay 60+ dollars a game for a ticket to see amateur hour?
