Coming up soon on Sunday. What's on your list of ones to try? Any must haves? I'm trying to avoid Parkway RB and others I have on a regualr basis. Link to menu: LINK

My list:
12 hr roast beef Po-boy w/horseradish cream & pickled red onions w/fresh cut fries from Boucherie
Vietnamese Binh Mi BBQ Pork Po-boy from Dong Phuong
Fried Green Tomato with Shrimp Remoulade Po-boy from Jacques-imo's
Stuffed Louisiana Crab Po-boy with Cousins Creole Tomato Dressing from Bozo's

Only one I haven't had is that Bozo's one...

The first three on your list are really good. Trust anything from the Boucherie.

This festival sounds like a dream!
I wish it was next Sunday, when I will be in town....

I want to try the bbq shrimp poboy for sure.

I am just having trouble figuring out how to watch the Saints game and get plenty of time at the poboy fest
