of the Milesophiles, the Statisticians and the Scoreboarders.

I do not want Miles fired and I have little confidence that the Powers-That-Be at LSU would hire a solid replacement if Miles leaves.

That said, our on-field performance continues to decline and, unless some big changes are made, eventually that is going to show up on the scoreboard and in the win/loss stats.

Miles isn't going anywhere this year. There are 16 million reasons why this is true. Not to mention that as long as people are showing up for games and buying season tickets, there won't be a change.

Guys, calm down...If, and I know if is a big word - Say we beat Bama, we are sitting at 9-1...Who is complaining? Lets see how the next two game unfold...If we get are asses kicked then you have room to bitch...However, I do think our OC (GC) needs to reevaluated to see where the problems lie...

First of all, about the buyout, Everyone better read the entire contract as nycajun so aptly put yesterday and as he mentioned he is apparently a law professor in New York. Having practiced law myself for over 30 years, there is an ole maxim that can be quoted, "Contracts are made to be broken." Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not advocating that Miles be fired, I'm just stating that the buyout clause may not be as tight as some of you are thinking. From what someone posted on here before when they posted the entire contract. Miles can be fired for justifiable cause. What is Justifiable cause, Well that would be for the courts to decide. Being ranked about 107th in offense, not playing for the SEC championship for 2 years in a row, may to some judge seem as justifiable cause. Remember, the law sometimes is not black or white but is certainly grey.
