That #6 ranking in total O is still just one more year of being the only team from the SEC West not to make it to Atlanta. THat is, not make it - as in Miss State has been there.

That is the problem with Ole Miss, the acceptence of mediocracy #51 and you are proud? I know Dallas is nice but you should have higher aspirations.

Ole Miss ranks 33rd in the NCAA with a 590-444-35 (.569)all-time record.
You're right mediocracy, I am realistic.

Since you are recting all time ranking and wins, care to put LSU down as well?

and 33rd is mediocre. Not even top 25.

It's not a given, as this LSU team is a lunchpail type team, one that plays hard all four quarters to win it's games. But, I think they will be hungry to play an Old Myth team that whipped them last Fall.

"Shep-herd Smith is cryyyiing..Yaw..Yaw.Yaw..Same Old Myth Piss Poor Footbaw!"

JACKSON, Miss. — The University of Mississippi has shortened one of its fight songs to discourage football fans from chanting "the South will rise again" during part of the tune, which critics say is an offensive reminder of the region's intolerant past.

However, some fans have continued to recite the chant at the end of the song, "From Dixie With Love," despite the change made last week at the chancellor's request. The Ole Miss band performs the medley before and after games.

Earlier this month, the Ole Miss student government passed a resolution suggesting the chant be replaced by the phrase, "To hell with LSU."

How's Snead for Heisman working out for you?

You've really not put up much in the way of facts but have you seen a difference in our Defense this year and your offense?

Always nice when you're important enough to be mentioned in other's fight songs..

Every school has someone to look up and/or forward to..

Good to see the lil' engine that couldn't still chugging..even if it's still stuck in place back at the station house.

" I think I can, I think I can.."

Our entire defense, players and coaches. Our quarterback. Your quarterback. No more Oher. The fact that your team sucks this year.

Anything I missed?

Maybe they should replace it with a new composition instead... for a working title I suggest "Firing Cutcliffe was a mistake"
