He's obviously not a must-have for LSU. Auburn and oregon both need a high-impact WR alot more desperately than LSU. He'd just be an asset in BR, and most likely be redshirted til other talent can clear the field so he can get some PT. Don't understand why people think he is priority no. 1 for Miles

People don't think that. At all.

Thanks for your reply. I agree with you. Reed seems to me to be in the mold of guys like Chris Tolliver, Jyrhyn Taylor, Jared Mitchell, Chris Mitchell, etc. Nice player, but nothing exceptional. The most successful receivers at the college level tend to be the taller, more physical receivers like Lafell, TT, Randle, A.J. Green, Julio Jones, and the like.

For years now Mike Detillier and others in the area have been saying Reed really really likes Oregon. That they been telling him that he can play quarterback for them. He has an ugly throwing motion but he has a decent arm and is pretty accurate. With his wheels it could work.

+1. If the Tigers stand pat with the guys in the current recruiting fold along with what they've got Reed would be a R/S candidate in BR next year. Based on his latest early playing time comments it would be surprising for him to come to Tiger Town.
