who poses more of an issue?

Jones is definitely the harder to get down after the catch. AJ is more utilized however. I'm more scared of JJ.

AJ Green. He is the best WR in the league IMO and PP matches up well against the physical Julio.

Green tougher to keep from catching the ball...but holy crap if Jones catches it...you need 3 DBs and a LB to bring his Arse down...

Green is tougher to defend before the catch for sure. If Julio actually doesn't drop a ball and makes a catch, he is a load to get to the ground as he proved at LSU last year.

Both are awesome, btu I happen to think Green is the best in the country.

Without a doubt, AJ Green. He is much more fluid and athletic than Jones. He also has underrated speed.
Julio is good, but I see a lot of similarities between him and Mike Williams from USC several years ago. They both manhandle smaller corners, but both have limited burst off of the line and marginal speed.

This year, Green hands down. He's probably one of the top 5 in the nation. FYI, think he's out this weekend with a rib injury or something.

green....this is not even debatable.

AJ Green. He is scary good. JJ is good, but he isn't utilized enough.

Jones is a perfect fit for Bama because he is a good blocker. He has good size and can lay blocks down field for Ingram and Richardson.
He is not a better route runner, speed, or better hands than Green but he is a better blocker.
WE DO NOT WANT JONES MATCHED UP ON HAWKINS BC you can bet that Ingram/Richards is running that direction.

Both are great. I'd take both on my team any day.

quote:This year? Last year as well. Jones was the third best SEC receiver last season behind #1 Green and #2 Lafell. It's amazing that Green doesn't have near the hype JJ does.

Mind you, both are great players...but Green is...and always has been since they got to college...the better of the two.
