The term pancake is usually reserved for an OL taking down a DL or LB. Its almost never used in reverse. Hell if T-Bob was pancaked then the defensive player doing so would have taken himself out of the play. Way to go T-Bob.

My team made up a term for when the DL does it to the OL called a waffle.
