Does Mr. Hebert stand a chance against Mount Cody?

Cody, but that is how I would go with most centers in the NCAA. He's an agile, Fat, SOB

Two words: Double team.

Low and blow off the line and cut his feet out from under that big arse. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconbanana1.gif)

T-Bob gets blown up when going up against regular sized defensive lineman. This is going to be ugly.

I say run off tackle and make that Mount Fat arse go lateral. He'll be blowing before the second quarter.

No one, in a one on one battle can handle Cody effectively.
T-Bob will do his best, but any team with sense will double team him just like Glen Dorsey was dealt with.

About the same chance as a glazed ham would.

I got a gallon of Pepto-Bismol to soothe my stomach, and two gallons of Captain Morgan's to soothe my nerves.
That, I think, is the one glaring mismatch to Bama's advantage.

T-Bob + Dominique Allen double team

helms held his own last year against that fat frick. i don't think t-bob has it in him yet.
Posted on 10/26/09 at 6:36 pm to genuineLSUtiger
Cody. Though I will say I was worried about Helms against him last year, and we schemed around him and actually ran the ball pretty well. If only we'd been more judicious throwing the ball...

Punch him in the nuts on the first play from scrimmage.

Cody and it's not even close. The guy is a house and T-Bob can't block a single-wide. Maybe they can coach him up on a Cody beating technique. God, I hope so...

Cody can beat any center in the nation one on one. So what is your point? The Tigers will have to roll the pocket and double team. With the talent and size this guy has the offense will have to game plan around him.
Posted on 10/26/09 at 7:24 pm to genuineLSUtiger
Hebert doesn't have a chance against his own shadow, much less Mount Cody.
Posted on 10/26/09 at 7:24 pm to genuineLSUtiger
T-Bob needs to hang out with Chaz Ramsey leading up to the Bama game
Posted on 10/26/09 at 7:54 pm to genuineLSUtiger
He'll never be asked to single block him unless its a extremly outside play.
