The problem with this logic is that this is college football. Every 3rd- string quarterback is 2-3 years away from being the starter.

I'm just saying, you only need to have 2 ready to play in one year, if you recruit well and develop them in those 2-3 years they will be ready. You only need 2 solid ones to be successful in one year, while the other ones develop.
