Here's an answer from an outsider who has seen several games at the Superdome, including the 2000 National Championship between VT and FSU, VT v. TX in 95 Sugar, VT v. AUB in 2003 Sugar, and the VT LSU game in Tiger Stadium 2007. Tiger Stadium is by far much louder and more intense than the Superdome. Not even close.

Referring to Saints games in the dome, not Va Tech games.

Superdome during a playoff game is louder than tiger stadium.
