VT 2007 was one of the most complete games I have ever seen LSU play. Both offense & defense were killing it and penalties were scarce (which has not been the case recently) VT 2007 has to be Miles best implementation of a game plan by far (not considering bowls)

I disagree with USCe 07, except for the fact that the fake field goal pulled us out of that rut. We were struggling otherwise.

Seeing as the point of the season is to get to a good bowl game and/or national title game, that's a fairly big omission.

They obviously executed the game plan quite well in many games, seeing as the game plan is in place to win the ballgame, of which they've done quite a lot of over the last 4.5 years.

Normally you'd like to win these games.

all the way back to VT 2007 is a long time ago to simply execute a decent gameplan

I suppose, but it's not good when your QB throws 2-3 interceptions, one of which is returned for a touchdown.

It just seems to me the coaching staff with all this talent has not put together an effective gameplan since VT 07 which is a long time ago.
