Part of me wanted MSU to score immediatelt, but I just don't believe in letting a team score... for the very reason we saw.

But back to the safety. That was a lot of time, but it wasn't enough for MSU to score twice. And they needed a TD either way.

Did you watch Washington beat USC. I thought USC should have allowed Washington to score too. Instead they relied on Washington missing a chip shot FG.
