sautee some shallots and garlic deglaze the skillet with white wine add some heavy cream lest it reduce toss in some blue cheese crumbles and a lil flour to thicken the sauce blacken the tuna top with sauce

Marinate a 2 inch steak in 2 T dark soy sauce and 4 T molasses for 10 minutes per side.Heat black iron skillet, sprinkle steak with toasted sesame seeds, and cook about 45 seconds to 1 minute per side for rare to med rare.

throw down a little bit of olive oil. put pepper and your favorite herbs on the steak. Sear it for 30 seconds on each side.
