I was very disappointed. I love zapps becausethey are so flavorful, but the sweet potato chips are incredibly bland

I love them. They have a mild sweet potato taste and they are lightly salted. I've never been totally disappointed. The best so far are the Gumbo ones though. It's a combo of everything.

i actually really like them. They taste like sweet potato, not pounds of artificial flavoring, are less salty and greasy than most chips, and have a good texture.

Voodoo Gumbo, Creole Tomato, and SPicy Crawtator is where it is at.

Haven't tried the sweet one yet.

Compared to other brands of sweet potato chips, Zapp's version is very good

just curious, for the people that don't like them....do you like cooked sweet potatoes as they are, or do you usually only like them if they have lots of butter, cinnamon, pecans, brown sugar, etc?

One of my favorite side dishes is homemeade sweet potato fries! I love the sweet/salty thing. Zapps just tasted like they were stale and burnt.

I like them! I disklike the Creole Tomato with a passion, and therefore don't like the Gumbo. I thought I would love the Gumbo. My favorite is Spicy Crawtator and Jalepeno!

They should season them with cinamon and sugar instead of salt.

NO! But I eat my baked sweet potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper. I like the sweet/salty. I don't like them with sugar/cinn on them.

I love them. They actually taste like sweet potato. Early on I got a bag that was wavy cut, those weren't as good(very oily). I suppose they were still perfecting the recipe. I could see cinnamon & sugar, but only as an additional flavor. The lightly salted ones are perfect as is.
