What kind of place are you looking for and where in memphis?
Memphis BBQ? The BBQ Shop or Central BBQ or Kozy Korner as mentioned above.
Fine Dining? If you're downtown, check out Felicia Suzzane or Spindini (more hip). If you're in midtown, check out Iris. If you're out east, check out Folks Folly. I can give you more options if you give more details.

I am going to look into these places you mentioned...Paulettes and Hueys are the only non-BBQ places I have eaten in Memphis.
