When Mel Gibson's little girl "Susan", on "The Patriot", finally talks and says "Poppa, please don't go".

Best one on the thread so far.

Also, when the red car shows up at Joaquin Pheonix's characters house in Ladder 49.

these are some of the saddest moments for me!

The Death of Forrest Gump's best good friend Bubba.

When legendary golfer "Chubb's" falls out of the window in Happy Gilmore.

Doc Holliday gives a speech declaring, "Wyatt Earp is MY FRIEND"! in Tombstone

The Outsiders..."Let's do it for Johnny, Man!" and "Stay Gold, Pony Boy"

Mickie dies in Rocky III

Goose dies in Top Gun

The end of the Dirty Dozen

"FREEEEEEEDOM!!!!!!!" Braveheart

Now I will be depressed all day

These threads are always CHOCK FULL of spoilers.

This.

Also, Forrest Gump when he's talking to Jenny at her grave.

Also, end of Armageddon when the dude's little boy comes running out to him. For some reason, that always choked me up.

Also, I know it's not a movie scene, but a lot of that shite they show on ESPN with the sick/dying kids fulfilling their dreams chokes me the frick up almost every time.

I was laughing to hard at this trite scene to even think it was sad.
