No. I don't think Joyner is anywhere near the level of PP coming out of high school.
I honestly think TR may have been the #1 tailback in this year's class had he been coming out this year....and 2010 is a pretty strong year for backs.

TR had an enormous leg up with him being literally physically ready to play. Being a competitive weight lifter helped him tons.
