Went to Bartolotta in the Wynn Wed. nite. It's Italian Seafood and was outstanding. Try to get a table in one of the cabana's by the reflection pool. Got the multi-course tasting menu which was great. Also had some very very fresh sushi also in the Wynn hotel at Okada last Sunday. The robatoyaki was so so but the nigiri was some of the best that I've had. Supposedly, both restaurants fly their fish in daily. Bartolotta from the Mediterranean and Okada from Tsukiji.
