At least one dish from Galatoire's Bistro should be on there...(brochette or pompano yvonne, etc).

The best gumbo in town should make its way on the list as well (I would leave it to a more experienced BR diner)...

I don't know about best in town, but I like Brunet's seafood gumbo.

My wife's is better but as far as eating out for gumbo, I like Brunet's.

The cedar plank redfish with jumbo lump Louisiana crab meat at Ruffino's wins my vote.

I had to go with something indigenous to BR, since pho and gyros can be had anywhere. If you want to make an impact with your website, I think the top 25 dishes in Baton Rouge should feature those that cannot be obtained anywhere else in the world. (Which rules out pho, gyros, and yes...eggs and toast at the Waffle House.)

This reads like one of those "pick the one that doesn't belong" questions.

The chicken tika masala is incredible. Just an explosion of flavors. If you like spicy, the lamb vindaloo is very good as well. It will clear your sinuses
