If Marketplace Ticket does not come to email

Anyone know how I can get my ticket if the email from Marketplace did not come through ?

As most of you know, when you purchase a ticket, you get two emails, one with the notification of purchase, and the second is the electronic ticket. I go two of the notifications, and no electronic ticket.

(I have tried to call the ticket office, and of course they are closed today. I sent an email, but I am sure no one is reading that today.)

Bring the notification to the ticket office at the Box.

That's what I had planned to do. I printed it, and it has the order # on it.

I had that happen to me for a football game. Of course I was able to email the ticket office ahead of time so my experience really doesn't help you out much. Hope you get your tickets.
