With the Lakers looking to have this game in hand, here are the possible first round matchups heading into tomorrow night's games. If the Jazz come back, disregard this thead.

Did you plot that all out or was it copied and pasted?

Found it on another site and did some editing to remove the results of the jazz-lakers game.

So there is literally no scenario that has us facing SA? Ouch. Ok, now my vote goes to Portland in a heartbeat.

Doesn't matter in my opinion. I doubt we'll beat anyone in a 7 game series unless TC magically gets better.

1. LA Lakers
2. Houston
3. Denver
4. Portland
5. San Antonio
6. Dallas
7. New Orleans
8. Utah

Which is my personal favorite. Not sure who would hold the tie breaker between Portland and Denver since they would be 2-2 and I dont feel like looking it up so I just put denver in the 3.

how do we get the 7 seed if we win, and Dallas loses doesn't make sense?

I have no problem with any of our potential opponents. In order of the teams I'd like to play, I'd say:

1.Portland
2.Denver
3.Houston

I'm just glad we don't have to play Utah for the 3rd year in a row.
