if he does, that team is making a mistake

there's a reason he's stayed all 4 years

If a GM drafts him at all he should be fired.

I would be surprised if he was. I think his stock fell after the final four last year. He wasn't the front runner this year like last year. I think he will be early 2nd if not late first.

if Mark Madsen is good enough for the 1st round, methinks Tyler is too

TH = shorter version of mark madsen with a little bit more skill

so he is a 10th or 11th man on an NBA team that will play hard, practice hard, never play in crunch time, have a 6-8yr career and he will probably make $12-15mm - not too bad

Dude will be a bust in the NBA if he is drafted in the first round. Now if he is drafted in the second round. Who cares.

So Illinois will be a super regional team because they beat LSU in baseball.. and after all the great things Hansborough has accomplished.. ACCs all-time leading scorer.. made more free throws than anyone in college basketball.. but beating LSU in the 2nd round of the NCAA tournament is what solidifies his NBA draft status?

LSU has a great all-around athletics program, but LSU doesnt have to justify each of its losses by attempting to crown any victor "king" so to speak.

I don't see how anyone is crowning anyone "king". He just asked a question. Hansborough was not the reason we lost today. UNC is the better team, and they have a good shot at winning the tourney.
UNC basketball >>>>>>Illinois in baseball.

Yes. We shut him down, but our defense can do that to ONE big player. Unfortunely, UNC had more.

No one is debating that but to think the NBA scouts will see this game as the marquee reason why they should draft Tyler is a bit of a stretch.

UNC's bigs did not hurt LSU. UNC's guard play won this game. The shut down defense we all hoped for from Temple never materialized.

Oh i agree with you. But if i was a scout, i wouldn't be impressed with how he played a team that was dubbed "pitiful" post defense.
