i had a question about the women's golf team having 3 scandanavians and what the connection was. it got axed. what gives?
seriously, there are only 9 golfers and 3 are from that region of europe. that should strike any non-golfer (such as myself) as curious. i'm figuring there is some connection or there's just great golf there. it's a legit question.

the coach, bahnsen, seems to be from mobile. maybe her husband, associate ad, is from scandanavia.

as far as the connection goes, I'm sure all women's golf coaches work hard to develop relationships over there due to their strong junior programs, esp for girls.
