Who would u want on your Basketball team?

Tyler Hansbrough that will stay an play for 3-4yrs an then go on a play in the NBA, Or Tyreke Evans who is one an done? The reason I ask this question is my boss said get the stud an win and then get another stud the next yr. I say get the good player an build around him.

Is both an option?
I mean realistically you're gonna have both types of players when you compete for championships.
If you can just pick one, I'd go for the Tyler Hansbrough type
