Rockets beat Blazers for 5th straight W

Houston has moved up to the top 4 seed in the west, only 1 game behind a struggling Denver team for the 3rd seed. As expected, the team is much better defensively without an injured McGrady hobling around the court. Props to Luis Scola for his 5th straight double double.

Scola pretty much won it for the Rockets with his offensive rebounding down the stretch as the Rockets were attempting to choke

This team might actually have a chance now w/o TMAC.

the only other time they played, roy hit a 30ft hail mary at the buzzer for the blazers to win. they are pretty close right now, but by the time the playoffs start, houston will have the home court and the blazers likely won't.

oh for sure but he was playing like shite all year though so it's not as big a loss as it would have been say last year. He had the surgery today, will get the knee back just in time for his back or shoulder to go out again. The guy has turned into a walking disaster.
