I photoshopped out the annoying guys head and the ghosting detail if someone can tell me how to upload this where you guys can look at it.

Host it at imageshack or photobucket and then use the "img" button to the right of the message box to post the jpg

right click on the image you want to use and go to properties, then use the address under location to put into the "img" link on the right side of the message box
