been living in fairhill since july last year. love it. very quiet. no crime i have heard of. thought that the walmart would be a neighborhood market oh well. hoping that burbank builds up nicely.

Pinnacle filed for a 90 day extension before they decide what to do in the future. Spokesman said that they need to see what happens to the economy before they start a new multi-million dollar project.
From what I read on Business Report the Wal-Mart is supposed to be a neighborhood Wal-Mart and Taco Bell will be going up next to the Popeyes on Burbank sometime this year.
Also have heard that they may build a new school on Bluebonnet pass the neighborhood towards Nicholson. Hope thats true, it will def. improve property values.
