I read that the Wal-Mart may be on the chopping block and may not happen because of them cutting back because of the economy.

They are still building at a pretty good pace and are selling homes at around 140-145 per sqft with not a problem. I think the casino will help not sure about Walmart. Heard something about a Target coming to that area but further down Burbank.
