Correct, however that’s not what this trail is about. The idiot prosecutor is trying to establish there was “hush money” in order to show that the money paid to Cohen wasn’t marked properly.

He's not on trial for paying someone pursuant to a non-disclosure agreement.

He's on trial for falsifying his business records to shield the payments that were made pursuant to the non-disclosure agreement.
