Bopper’s search

First I’m sorry you were a crime victim.
I’m glad you were not hurt.
This thread is about request for Bopper to try various clubs.
My request is that he give LAB putters a go at a fitting.
I’m sure that the driver will come down to the right shaft.
Irons? Should he do a combo set?
Wedges? Vokeys? Cleveland's? Edison?
Stealing clubs should be punished by hanging.

He should check Facebook and such for them. I doubt the thief is at the driving range working his mid iron draw.

The paradox is that those clubs are not “off the shelf.”
Any buyer would know that those shafts are $300 and up each.
The thief will probably get like $200 for the whole bag and buy more meth.
Even an organized theft ring will only get less than 30% retail for the heads.
The shafts would be totally worthless for me. I think Bopper is taller and uses like plus length and he creates more soles than idea so they would probably feel super stiff to me.
Hang’em high!
Stealing clubs is personal.

I don’t have anything specific to see him try, but I do think it will be fun to watch him build his bag.
Unfortunate he has to do it obviously, but I’ll be following.

Where can you get fitted for a LAB putter in Houston?
Posted on 5/6/24 at 10:24 am to makersmark1
I want Bopper to check out New Level golf

I touched by the sentiment brother.
The " Search" has begun.
The Woods will be easy. I will duplicate what I was using.
As far as irons, I have narrowed it down to TM P790's and Srixon X5's.
Availability, ship timing and shafts will determine the irons since I have a golf trip comingup. I like them both.

PGA Superstore carries them.
The one thing that I have heard about the LAB Putters is order it with the Accra Shaft. I was told it makes a big difference FWIW.

Have you registered to be a “tester” for some companies?
You fit the profile of a player who has enough feel to notice some nuances that might help others.
I love piddling with demos, and trying various brands out, but whenever I buy something new a friend will say, “can I try your old irons?”
I’m amazed at how good they play with my old clubs.
It’s the Indian, not the arrow applies to me and golf more often than I like to admit, but I will sink more money into something soon.
May go LAB broomstick for my aching back.

I hit those Srixons at a demo day recently and they absolutely glide through the turf and feel absolutely amazing... Had I'd not bought my i230's last year I'd be buying those ZX5's...

Last summer my stealths were quoted as being 5 weeks and showed up 12 weeks later. YMMV.

Yes.
I have done some product tests for Bombsquad Golf, GolfWrx and MyGolfSpy, but it's been quite a while.
I'm hoping Pete Pappas on twitter selects me one day soon. We have sent DM's to each other.

Capt Small Dick Energy would have been about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine..

I would want to get the full fitting for LAB putters. I happened to drop by a PGA Superstore yesterday and they had a used LAB putter for sale, Pink Mallet Head and the upgraded shaft that was white with the fancy grip, the asking sticker price was close to $600, that gave me sticker shock

I have putted around with the 35 inch Mezz in the store. I didn't know where the ball was going lol....
I bought a new Scotty Phantom 5.5 today. Really like the way the new black pistol grip feels on it.

Good morning Sir Bopper Defeater of Golf Clubs. I purchased a Sacks Parente mallet 54 about a month ago.
This is the best ball roller I have ever used. It does have a learning curve but not severe. No more jumping puts and I use it from 5-10 ft off the greens.
It has an eye catching look too.

Bopper
After a few rounds with it, I highly recommend the Qi10 fairway woods. I have the 3 with the VENTUS blue 6-S shaft. It’s a rocket launcher. My nephew bought the 16.5 today after hitting mine. I think he’s gng to get the 7w next.
