Just think how far that $91 billion could go to help storm victims or better yet, if it was never taken from storm victims in the first place in the form of taxes how much it could be helping them now.

It all depends on what race they are. We all saw how much (or lack there of) there was for the people in Ohio affected by the train derailment last year
