If the increase was to put underground lines then sure. Instead this is a money grab since whatever is planned to happen will just get axed.
Few years ago Entergy did something to the gas line and fricked up my yard. So the nicest thing I can say about them is I hope they go under or I wish they could go under.

Does this not include burying lines??? What exactly is Entergy doing to "make the grid more resilient"?
