Looks great and reasonably priced.
Thoughts?
Any concerns about location (not safety concerns, rather ability to walk to FQ or CBD?)

Easy walking distance to Frenchman St. and the Bywater. FQ certainly doable, especially the lower end. CBD is going to be a hike from there, but doable if you’re in good shape.

Uber from there is better to the FQ/CBD.
I like the place but would suggest a more central location...unless you have been here many times before.

I've stayed there a few times. It is a fantastic and unique hotel with a great restaurant. The last time I visited was before COVID-19, and I always felt safe walking to Frenchman Street from the hotel or back at night, but again, I was also inebriated at the time.

I wouldn't say that's walkable unless you don't mind a long walk.
The restaurant inside, Elysian Bar, is to me one of my favorite places in the entire city.
