No, and no one else in this thread has.

Electrocuted = death.

Shocked on the other hand....

Too many times by 110v than I care to count.

Twice by 220v, once knocking me to the ground pretty hard. Felt like someone hit both of my arms with a bat simultaneously. It was a welding machine with a skinned lead, thrown over the bucket of a snorkel lift I was climbing into, the structure was grounded. I grabbed the bucket to climb in and grabbed the structure. BOOM, knocked to the ground.
