The flip side of that argument is fatties taking up space in hospitals that could otherwise be used for healthy adults with actual health problems, driving up costs for people who need legit medical help.
It's hard to say socialized medicine bad while complaining about hospital costs and lack of availability due to people who eat trash everyday with no repercussions.

It's not their fault, it's the way the industry and the government have modified our food supply. People are eating what amounts to poison.
