10 years in prison and a lifetime as a convicted felon would be a good place to start. Also, if a "protestor" is killed or injured by a moving vehicle while blocking a road, the driver of said vehicle should face zero liability.

One of these days there will be a medical emergency suffered by one of the people stuck in middle of the traffic jam these assholes cause. When that happens every single shite stain blocking the ability to get medical assistance should be charged for manslaughter. Including the cops who allow it to happen.

Politicians as well. This was a crucial part of DeSantis's anti-rioting legislation in Florida. Politicians who allow these "protests" in Florida can be held personally liable. That was a game changer.
The mayor of Minneapolis who ordered the police to stand down and carry only unloaded weapons during the Fentanyl Floyd riots would have been able to be personally sued for it had he done it in Florida, for example.
