Amateurs showing logos at Masters

Watching the Woods/Shipley group and Shipley has logos on bag and such. I thought the Master asked/made amateurs cover up logos? Is golf brands ok if it's like a stock bag vs having Canes or something plastered all over? Or as long as it doesn't conflict with tournament sponsership?

Maybe it’s changed with NIL. Could amateurs previously have sponsors on their bags?

Thank God someone told Jason Day to ditch his Goodwill sweater…which was actually light years better than his atrocious pants.
