re: The OJ verdict was when I realized how tribal blacks are.

The mainstream media is trying to get another Summer of Love "mostly peaceful" riots going for some future astronaut Jogger named Dexter Reed . He got shot 96 times in his car by Chiraq police after opening fire on them for not wearing a seatbelt. The mother fainted on live TV and everything. Operation Mockingbird never really stops trying to attempt to stoke Racial division in this country. Democrats need to remind them that they ain't black unless they vote for Old Joe Crow instead of Trump.

So you.can attest that not a single person of your race wouldn't do what I described?Out of all the people of your race in this country and the world? Man, you really are naive.

You say it's not about religion but is "quasi race based". So your saying that people behave in sick ways because of their race... or more specifically, their race and where they are from?
And you think I'm going to get the thread locked?
Your a little mixed up my friend. People do evil things because they are evil, not because they are Black or South African.
My point was that many blacks have turned their back on God. I never said the same was not true for whites.

They were openly celebrating on ULL campus when verdict was read. Writing in chalk all over the sidewalk free! Not guilty. Was my first time witnessing blacks celebrating a black man getting away with killing a white man and woman.

Look no further than most black social media yesterday for confirmation.

I’ve been saying this for years.

If the victims had not been white, O.J. probably would have been found guilty but this was a way for the mostly black jury to stick it to the white man! I mean, c'mon...who doesn't know that the leather gloves would have shrunken a little after being saturated with blood and water for a while. And then he had on surgical gloves when he tried them on in front of the jury.

He shot a police officer. The police officer may lose his hand.
They should dig Reed up and shoot him again.

There is no 100 year old whitey equivalency situation here, dude.
Of course there are. There are dozens or hundreds or maybe even thousands of them.
Many if not most crimes that white people perpetrated against black people before a certain time in history (and it wasn't all that long ago, either) were treated exactly that way. I would say the biggest difference would be that probably most of them never even went to trial.
That was wrong, of course, and so was O.J.'s verdict—808's point is well taken—but you've got to be completely ignorant of American history to not be aware of that.

I’m sure race had a lot to do with it, but let’s not sugarcoat the fact that the prosecution did a horrible at putting on their case. It wasn’t hard to manufacture reasonable doubt.
I disagree.
I don't think the prosecution did that bad (with certain notable exceptions). Certainly not so bad that the legitimate verdict shouldn't have been obvious.
There was no reasonable doubt.
The doubt was unreasonable.

Ironically, Denny’s attorney in the civil case was none other than Johnnie Cochran.

It was an eye opening moment for me
I was working in an office in ATL and I remember this late 20s/early 30s black woman, stood up and shouted "they set my baby free...Lord they set my baby free" ( after the verdicts announced)
I realized. I have zero connection to any white dude that way

Humans are tribal. And dangerous.
Water is wet.
And some humans are more dangerous than others.

Yes black do tend to have bias for our own. I think it plays out very similar with white people. Look no further than Former President Donald Trump. He can do no wrong in white peoples eyes.
Then explain voting blocks. If whites voted like minorities, no way in hell Obama ever gets elected. A black candidate will always get 80% or more of the black vote when going against a white candidate.

Most black folks weren’t cheering for OJ, personally. He had become a little too mainstream. They were cheering the fact that the “system” didn’t automatically convict another black man.

One of the ministers interviewed in the O.J.: Made in America documentary correctly pointed out that the whole thing wasn't a civil rights victory, but just for a rich guy named O.J. Simpson.

This is ridiculous. Lots of white people hate Trump with a passion.
