The State's best chance is that the 90 year old and one of the 70 year olds are alternates. If the 90 year old makes it into deliberations there is no way he is convicted.

It should be. Best I can tell from watching 5 days of the trial is the judge is showing a lot of favoritism to the DA
The facts show it was self defense. Especially when yellow shorts guy was trying to push his head under water.
There are 2 groups. The high school kids and the white trash krewe that injected themselves in the matter. If they mind their own business, everyone goes home.
