Is she not taking Ice Cube on his offer? WBNAs 250k will always be there for her so cash in on the hype. Dumb move if she doesn't.
I would tune into the Big3 to see how CC does on an even playing field against all those washed up bball players. I don’t know what it would take for me to watch the WNBA. Maybe a NOLA franchise with all lsu tigers on it playing in playoffs then I’d watch

All the biggest female basketball players over the years were bigger when they were in college than the WNBA. I heard about Diana taurasi all the time when she played at UCONN but rarely heard her name again after going pro. People care more about women’s college basketball than the WNBA for whatever reason.

No. I just don’t care for it and it is not interesting to me. I stopped pretty much watching NBA basketball too, so it won’t be that hard.

I will watch an LSU women’s bball game cause it is my alma mater. Outside of that, I am not watching.

I will watch todays Iowa/usc game and most likely that will be it for me when it comes to women’s basketball. This is the peak of the sport and it’s all downhill from here on out

but it's just not something that people want to watch.

What is even sadder about the crowds is that marketing teams offer free or cheap tickets constantly to try to get people interested, because empty seats don’t buy beer and hot dogs.

I'm sure they have their reason but it makes no sense to me looking from the outside why they'd leave when getting an extra year to play with. Angel said her sponsors would follow her but but if you can't get eyeballs then that will dry up quick.

Good players get drafted then thrown out like the trash before ever seeing the court. Then there is all the smoke about the mistreatment of straight women.

WBB is soaring right now and we all lose for CC and AR leaving.

because they have degrees from the schools and have an attachment and allegiance to the school programs they attended and are lifelong fans. Hell I even enjoy watching lsu and college football more than I enjoy watching the nfl.

WNBA is just amateur level men’s ball. They’d be destroyed by a decent high school boys team. Just like the USWNT were btfo by 15 yo’s. Not strange to me at all that college is more popular for wbb. I think there’s a professional softball league too but march madness and wcws will always beat out viewerships of those pro leagues for that reason.

No. Replace every current WNBA player with current college stars and then yes.

No.

Clark is fun to watch. The South Carolina center beating the shite out of everybody is ok to watch. The rest is a very good high school game.

Honestly, yea I will. I don't know how big the effect, but I guarantee you Caitlin Clark will bring some fans to the WNBA.
