That is utter nonsense to act like players' talents aren't meant to play certain positions. Your example of a great WBB player and a great NBA player are irrelevant to Van Lith who at most is a good college player

Do you think Flau’jae or MK wouldn’t be able to play pg?

I was calling for this and HVL to slide to 2 after the first Auburn game. It would have opened everything up. Her ability to drive and kick it to HVL or Williams when the defense gets sucked in. I thought it was a no brainer, have HVL bring it and Flau'jae initiate the O but never happened.

Mikaylah has at least one baffling travel a game when trying to create off the dribble.

I just took the NCAA tourney games because I didn't want to go through dozens of them for this comparison. Turnovers followed by steals

FJ 3-1 5-2 0-1 2-1 = 10-5
MW 3-0 1-1 1-1 5-1 = 10-3
VL 2-1 1-3 1-1 5-2 = 9-7

Since Van Lith has fewer turnovers obviously handling the ball more and yet also more steals defensively, I think the case would be hard to make that FJ or MW would be a better PG. I will say as I've already said in another post that it does not include ability to prevent the opposing PG from driving to the basket. Obviously, I don't have the figures on that and doubt anyone does.
