I still find it very strange that the idea of diversity literally means "outnumber white people".
Diversity should entail a "representation" of people from diverse backgrounds - ideally in a mix representing their portion of the population. That said, another separate issue for me is always - all jobs aren't for everyone, and not everyone aspires to work in a particular job market niche.
Example: I once saw a post or read something online where it was said that the watchmaking industry was racist because there were so many white watchmakers. This argument does not hold water in any way. Using blacks in a scenario, how many young black kids aspire to be a watchmaker? Do this, after extrapolating handicapped, blind, and other preclusions from their 11% representation.in society. What's left?
This diversity shite isn't new in the workforce. It started getting more buzz around 2006. It's been twisted into what it is now - a simple hate tactic vs. anything white.

Diversity is the 1st thing my wife brought up this morning when we saw news on the accident. How predictable.

It’s not supposed to make sense or result in better outcomes. It’s just something people do to feel good. We’re, first and foremost, emotional creatures.

Who is the majority in this country again, expecially when you purge the illegal aliens?
