I'd be willing to bet that is exactly what will happen .... at least for awhile.
Those land leases are averaging around $1000 an acre, per year, for forty years .... and 1000 acre tracts are considered small .... I suspect the force majeure lawyers are already lining up crying/screaming "ACT OF GOD!"
