I hate correcting dumbasses. Cohen said he paid her on his own accord. There was never any proof Trump paid him back. Trump had him on retainer - Never paid any excess in the amount Stormy received. Stormy also said they never had an affair and then changed her mind. Stormy was then told to pay Trump. This isn't hard. There is zero proof outside of her word and her word that the two slept together not that it's any of your fricking business. Cohen chose to pay her - maybe at Trumps direction - maybe not - No one has proof that Trump ever told him to do a damn thing but that's the insinuation.
