It seems ridiculous to me
The reason I kept saying the one punch theory didn't make sense was because everyone that I know that knew him said repath was a pretty rugged dude and they would hate to run into whomever could take him down with one punch... Curious to see what his BAC was.
If you walked up to me and punched me in the face and then ran off - do I have the legal right to chase you down and retaliate?
