Had a bad one about 6 years ago and ended up burning my eyelid with the compress. My eye looked awful for a few months, it seemed like forever to heal up. Had another one develop shortly after on my other eye, but thankfully the compress method worked.

This doctor did it differently and so far I’m not satisfied. They gave me a deadening shot in the lid then after about 5 minutes, came back and cut it from the outside. Last times I had the lid flipped and excised from the inner lid. It’s still not feeling normal. If by Monday it’s not looking much better, I’ll go for a follow up. Been putting hot compresses still. This is a pain in the arse.
