I'm doing the anwa this year. Any recommendations outside of what you would recommend for the actual tournament

Go early and spend the whole day.

Skip the gift shop at the main gate. The line will be ridiculously long.
In fact they had to close the line last year.
The gift shop out by number 5 has most items.
So walk 1 through 5 seeing the course. You can look at 9 tee and 8 green after you walk up number one. Look at 2 from tee, veer to 3 green and then 4 tee. Walk 5 and head to gift shop.

Back to 6, look at 16 and 15 green. Walk 7, stand by green. Then head over to 17 green, then 14 green. Then peak at Amen Corner 11 green, 12, and 13 tee. You can’t get close to 12 or 13 green, but there will be tons of people there.
13 is worth a look bc of the amazing azaleas that give the hole its name.

Walk behind 18 tee and look at that chute. Slip through to 10 green
Look at 9 and 18 greens on the way out also looking at 10 tee.

Basically every hole is beautiful. You are going to love it.

Concessions are incredibly inexpensive. Merchandise is premium. Bathrooms are clean.

I've enjoined champions retreat more than Augusta national for the tournament - will be there next week - can't wait!
