You can tell these guys are way over thinking at the plate about our approach. I prefer Jay’s patient approach at the plate, but not at the expense of watching 90mph straight down the middle.

Means their offspeed stuff later will have to be dead nuts or else he will be able to still get on base n they'll eventually have to throw him his pitches

This team does not have a great lineup. NDSU is pitching lemons and they can’t capitalize without being walked in.

I’m starting to get worried about this teams hitting especially with runners in scoring position.
Guys lsu were counting on haven’t panned out as of yet.
Hopefully they figure it out soon.

Second consecutive inning all you needed was a sac fly to drive the runner in from 3rd. Have to be able to do that, especially against a 3 win team.
